KEMENPAREKRAF which stands for Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif is a ministry within the Indonesian Government in charge of tourism affairs and directly responsible to the President. KEMENPAREKRAF has one of the tasks to strengthen the ability of the Indonesian creative industry to be able to compete with imported creative economy products so as they can support the regional and national economy.
As a concrete manifestation of the task implementation, KEMENPAREKRAF collaborated with ADGI to organize the BEDAKAN program. This program aims to help MSME (UMKM) class creative entrepreneurs in Indonesia in designing visual identity and packaging that can increase their product value. In this program, we were chosen several times to be one of the contributors in its several editions. The brands that we help through this program are Arsivia – Natural Snacks from Bandung, Parpulo Authentic Batak Art, and Dosumu – Donut Product from Labuan Bajo.
