Hubton® International Group is seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a sharp, modern aesthetic to join our team. This role is perfect for a design generalist who thrives on creating compelling visual identities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design impactful logos and comprehensive visual identity systems.
  • Develop and execute detailed brand guidelines to ensure brand consistency.

  • Manage the design process for print projects, from concept to final production files.
  • Craft high-quality, polished mockups to effectively present and communicate design concepts.

 

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 2-4 years of professional design experience.
  • A designer with a strong portfolio showcasing excellent taste.
  • Proven experience in logo design, brand guide development, and layout.
  • Solid understanding of print design principles and production requirements.
  • Exceptional ability to create realistic and visually stunning design mockups.
  • Proficiency with standard creative tools and an open mind with a strong drive to learn new ones.

Social Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Content: Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals. This includes content planning, creation (copy, images, video), and management across all platforms to ensure brand consistency.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools. Prepare regular reports to evaluate strategy and measure ROI.
  • Campaign & Team Collaboration: Work with marketing and design teams on cohesive campaigns. Coordinate the development and management of digital marketing initiatives, including paid ads.
  • Community Engagement: Actively interact with followers by responding to comments and messages to build a positive community.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platform features to identify new opportunities.

 

Required Skills

  • Client communication and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of social media algorithms.
